Changing Faces of Science and Tech
The photo exhibition Not a woman’s job? is organized by the Perception Change Project at the United Nations Office at Geneva with the participation of the European Organization for Nuclear Research and the International Telecommunication Union.
The Organizers have invited ITU stakeholders to submit photos featuring the achievements and stories of women (18+) who have challenged gender stereotypes and overcome barriers in the field of science and technology.
Celebrating women who dare to lead, innovate and forge new paths in science and tech:
Brisa Margarita Terezón Segura, El Salvador’s first astrophysicist and director at Don Bosco University’s Micro‑Macro Observatory, is dedicated to inspiring and preparing future Salvadoran scientists for roles in prestigious international organizations. She actively leads projects, shares her passion for astronomy, and supports her students’ development into globally impactful scientists.
