Changing Faces of Science and Tech

The photo exhibition Not a woman’s job? is organized by the Perception Change Project at the United Nations Office at Geneva with the participation of the European Organization for Nuclear Research and the International Telecommunication Union.

The Organizers have invited ITU stakeholders to submit photos featuring the achievements and stories of women (18+) who have challenged gender stereotypes and overcome barriers in the field of science and technology.

Ms. Irina Dumanyan
Armenia

Ms. Irina Dumanyan is the Strategic Business Director/CEO at Siemens Industry Software CJSC (Armenia). Following Siemens’ acquisition of Mentor Graphics Corporation in 2017, Ms. Dumanyan was asked to lead the company’s Women’s Information Network to empower women, enhance the leadership and skills of female employees, and provide appropriate guidance. She has been serving as a Director of the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce since 2017, as well as a member of the Board of the Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises since 2016.
