Digital@UNGA WSIS+20
Two decades after the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS), a special Digital@UNGA event looked back at multi-stakeholder cooperation, welcomed new commitments, and offered a common, people-centred vision for the digital future. "WSIS was born from a shared belief that digital innovation must reflect human needs, not just match the pace of technological change,"said ITU Secretary-General Doreen Bogdan-Martin.
