Addressing the United Nations Human Rights Council, the ITU Secretary-General said that digital equality will never be achieved without closing the access gap for women and girls. "Meaningful connectivity for all is our commitment to the Beijing+30 Action Agenda," she said, stressing that the digital revolution must work for all women and girls.
