​​​​​How to become a signatory of the GMPCS-MoU

• Click on one of the versions of the MoU to open it, then print it:
• English
• French
• Spanish
• Important : Review the text of the MoU, then, where indicated on Page 2, enter your contact details. 
• Print and sign the last page of the document.​
• Scan and e-mail an advance copy of the signed MoU to the GMPCS-MoU Project Manager ​(see e-mail address below).
• Important : Mail the original signed MoU to :

• After the ITU received the original, the Secretary-General will acknowledge receipt of the signed GMPCS-MoU a​nd the entity will be added to the list of Signatories.
