Contribution : Regarding the Public Consultation on ITU’s future Strategy that is an important opportunity for members to contribute towards a optimal planning, please find attached a file containing six slides. The proposal main issue is to add measuring capabilities to the objectives, so that ITU would be able to evaluate performance and implement additional improvements if needed. A first approach to this performance measuring indicators are given on slides 4 to 6 that are to be evaluated for your team according to resources availability, priorities and any other parameters to be taken into account by ITU.
