Contribution : My comment is about opportunities, i guess and i wish ITU increases more opportunities and initatives to develop ITC industry that's will be grow through employment of youth power and share ideas. As we African we call you to imporve effort in our countries, we believe that we can make a defference and work toghter to achieve good objectives by 2019.
