Contribution :	Dears, I would like to send you my comments on draft version of the ITU 2016-2019 Strategic Plan. I indicated 8 comments (on converted to word document) and that comments related on 2.1/ 2.2/ 2.3/ 3.1.3/ 3.2.2/ 4.1 Generally I try to focus on strategy to development recommendation and standards related sustainable-resilience of telecommunication/ICT because people mostly interested to be hear and connected, informed in critical cases. But most of service providers would like to invest to expansion and forget about resilience of existing. In that case role of ITU expectable. ps: Thaks at all for getting into account my previuse contibution in Public Consultation ITU Strategy 2016-19.
