Contribution : ARTICLE 5B of the ITR-2012, Unsolicited bulk electronic communications, stat that: “Member States should endeavour to take necessary measures to prevent the propagation of unsolicited bulk electronic communications and minimize its impact on international telecommunication services. Member States are encouraged to cooperate in that sense.” Since this consultation is address all stakeholders we ask them all to adopt policies to minimize the impact of spam on the ICT services.
