The Radiocommunication Assembly 2015 (RA-15) will be held from 26 to 30 October 2015 in Geneva, Switzerland, immediately preceding the World Radiocommunication Conference 2015 (WRC-15) that will be held from 2 to 27 November 2015 at the same venue.

ADMISSION TO RA-15 and WRC-15

REGISTRATION VIA DESIGNATED FOCAL POINTS

Registration to RA-15/WRC-15 is carried out exclusively online through Designated Focal Points (DFPs) for ITU-R event registration responsible for handling all ITU-R event registration formalities. A TIES account is required to view the list of DFPs for ITU-R event registration. The RA-15/WRC-15 registration process has been simplified as a unique on-line registration form allows DFPs to register participants to both events. DFPs should make sure to indicate which event(s) each participant is expected to attend as access to the venue will be granted based on this information. There is no deadline to register to RA-15 or to WRC-15 online registration of participants by DFPs will be possible until the last day of each event.

Important information for Missions, Embassies or Consulates located in Geneva, Switzerland:
representatives who wish to participate in RA-15 and/or WRC-15 must contact their respective designated focal point to be registered to the event(s) as registration is carried out exclusively by focal points.

Registration to both RA-15 and WRC-15 is now open [ online registration system - access restricted to Designated Focal Points ]. Advance registration to ITU conferences is mandatory and carried out exclusively online through Designated Focal Points (DFPs) for ITU-R event registration. Each ITU Member has been requested to designate a DFP responsible for the handling of all registration formalities, including visa support requests that should also be submitted by the DFP during the on-line registration process.

A confirmation of registration and important administrative information will be subsequently e-mailed directly to each registered participant within three (3) working days of receipt of the completed registration form by their respective focal point.

Individuals wishing to be registered to RA-15 and/or WRC-15 should directly contact their DFP.  The Registration Service cannot accept registration requests without prior authorization from the corresponding Designated Focal Point.
