The 2026 edition of the ITU Tariff Policies survey conducted by the ITU Telecommunication Development Bureau (BDT) is now open for submissions until 22 September 2026.

The sample questionnaire (only for internal data collection and coordination purposes) is available in the ITU 6 oficiial languages:

The Survey
The annual Tariff Policies Survey of the Telecommunication Development Bureau (BDT) of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is aimed at determining developments in the application of tariff policies, tariff models, and calculat​ion methods of national telecommunication service rates in different countries, and at bringing the database up-to-date which is published in the ITU DataHub​.   ​

The ITU DataHub
The DataHub is the world’s richest source of ICT statistics and regulatory information, featuring hundreds of ICT indicators on connectivity, markets, affordability, trust governance, and sustainability. You can find, compare, and download data for nearly 200 economies. 

Use and dissemination of the collected data
As per current practice, the data submitted through the survey and validated by ITU will be published on the ITU Datahub and used for upcoming research updates.
