Stakeholder Consultation to Review the Legislative Framework
on Privacy and Data Protection
The HIPCAR Stakeholder Consultation Workshop to review the Legislative Frameworks on Privacy and Data Protection was held in Saint Lucia (27 -29 May 2013), kindly hosted by the Government of Saint Lucia, the Ministry of Public Service, Information and Broadcasting and co-organized with the HIPCAR Project.
The objectives of the Workshop were to review the proposals for reform of the aforementioned frameworks to facilitate harmonization in accordance with the HIPCAR Model Policy Guidelines and Legislative Text.
