First Stakeholder Consultation and Capacity Building Workshop to Review the Legislative Frameworks on Cybercrime (e-Crimes), Interception of Communications, Electronic Transactions and Electronic Evidence
The HIPCAR Stakeholder Consultation Workshop to review the Legislative Frameworks on Cybercrime (e-Crimes), Interception of Communications, Electronic Transactions and Electronic Evidence was held in Haiti on 15 – 17 April 2013, kindly hosted by the Government of the Republic of Haiti, in collaboration with CONATEL, and co-organized with the HIPCAR Project.
The objectives of the Workshop were to review the proposals for reform of the aforementioned frameworks to facilitate harmonization in accordance with the HIPCAR Model Policy Guidelines and Legislative Text.
