Starting this year, Adobe Connect will be the official remote participation tool used for all meetings that take place within the ITU facilities in Geneva. This option will be provided for all official ITU-T meetings. Therefore, it is of great importance to inform us as soon as you know the dates of your meetings (as you do with the Meeting Logistics team) and for any changes that may occur before and during the meeting (time slots, add/remove sessions, change of rooms, etc.).
Additionally, last December, as part of the Single Sign On project, Adobe Connect was successfully integrated within the existing ITU system. This means that sessions can now be setup using IWM groups where only allowed members can connect with their TIES account. The option to have open sessions with Guests will remain possible. This adds more flexibility when setting up remote sessions and simplifies the login procedure for all participants.
Please note that GoToMeeting will still continue to be used but mainly for ad-hoc and fully virtual meetings.
