1. What is the Meeting Documents Sync Application?

The Meeting Documents Sync Application* allows meeting participants to synchronize documents** of the current meeting of an ITU-T study group from the ITU server to their local drive. It has been configured to access the ITU Server in Geneva and synchronize, on demand, to the latest published documents. This application is available for all ITU-T Study Group meetings.

A Meeting Documents Sync Application is available for all current ITU-T study group meetings. The application and the user guide may be downloaded directly from the homepage of a study group holding a meeting.

3. How to use the Meeting Documents Sync Application

The Meeting Documents Sync Application is a very to use system that doesn’t require any installation. Simply download the application, save it to your Desktop and launch it. Follow the very simple on-screen instructions and just wait for the application to finish downloading and synchronizing the meeting documents.

 A TIES account is required to use the Meeting Documents Sync Application.

* The ITU Sync Application works in Windows® 2000/XP/2003/Vista/7/8. OS X 10.7 or higher.

** Study Group published documents include: Collective Letters, Contributions, Reports and Temporary Documents.
