To redirect the e-mail messages you receive in your TIES mailbox to one of your other e-mail accounts:

• Using your web browser, go to http://www.itu.int/TIES/ and login with your TIES account.
• Inside your TIES page, click on 'Edit my account'. This brings you to the TIES Account Management page where the TIES contact information and password can be changed.
• Go to the 'Email forwarding' section found approximately half-way down the TIES Account Management page.
• In the field 'Forward TIES email to', type in your other e-mail address, then click on the button 'Update'.

All new messages sent to your TIES e-mail account will be automatically forwarded to the other e-mail address you specified.

You can disable the mail forwarding by simply removing the e-mail address in the 'E-mail forwarded to' field and clicking on the 'Remove' button beside it.

Please remember to disable the mail forwarding if you wish to use the TIES e-mail service while in Geneva.
