To install the Windows 95 Dial Up Networking component, go to 'Control Panel' and double-click on 'Add/Remove Programs'. Click on the 'Windows Setup' tab and choose 'Communications'. Then click on the button 'Details'.

 

Select 'Dial-Up Networking' and click on the 'OK' button. You will need your Windows installation kit. When asked to restart your computer, click on 'Yes'.
