Paperless

We are working to reduce the use of paper as much as possible in line with Annex 2 of Decision 5 of the Plenipotentiary (rev. Bucharest, 2022).  The schedule of meetings and all official documents can be found on the WTSA-24 website. The calendar of all social events will be posted on the website and on electronic screens at the conference venue. The default setting of all printers in the venue is double-sided.

Printing should be avoided as far as possible. If it is unavoidable, use only recycled paper and print double-sided. Consider eliminating the use of paper business cards. Many smartphone apps support sharing digital business cards which are automatically updated with any changes; you may also scan and store contact details and personal information received from others.
