Connect2Recover Projects in CIS Countries


In Armenia, the resilience assessment was carried out to strengthen telecommunications/ICT infrastructure in the country for economic recovery and development, and the resilience assessment report in Armenia is available here. The findings were presented to the Government and telecommunications community in the ITU-organized Round Table on Digital Resilience: How to Prepare for Future Crisis on 28 October 2021. The Round Table was attended by about 80 participants including the private sector, developmental partners, international organizations, civil society, and the public. Details are found here.

In Kazakhstan, the resilience assessment was carried out to strengthen telecommunications/ICT infrastructure in the country for economic recovery and development. The report “Kazakhstan: Digital Data, Resiliency, Policy and Regulations” was successfully presented at the High-Level Digital Bridge Forum 2022 on 28 September 2022.
