6.3.4 Catalogue of Procedures
The Catalogue of Procedures includes the list, and the associated information, of the procedures
in which the administrative action of a city is specified.
The Catalogue has a double aspect:
• It is a tool for relations with citizens, by collecting all the information necessary for the relationship
between it and the municipal administration (when, how and where to carry out management
with the City Council).
• It is an internal management tool based on the management of electronic records of the city.
The Catalogue contains:
• Proceedings initiated at the request of a citizen, whose information can be consulted in the
Electronic Office.
• Ex officio and internal management procedures.
It is the responsibility of the services of a city to keep public and internal information of these
procedures fully updated.
