Frank Kettler studied electrical engineering at RWTH Aachen and joined HEAD acoustics in 1992. His special interest is in speech signal processing for the improvement of disturbed speech and the development of associated speech quality assessment methods, special focus on conversational aspects in telecommunication. A major part of his work, in particular in the position of managing the HEAD acoustics Telecom Consulting group, is to provide analyses methods on how to improve speech transmission systems.
