Contribution :	On behalf of our UN IGF recognized Dynamic Coalition on Data Driven Health Technologies I please suggest the following from our recent DC discussions: 1) Countries and organizations which have sophisticated and well funded research capabilities, please share openly your reports or abstracts with the public and the international media for knowledge sharing at speed. Perhaps a medical media hub 2) Jurisdictions that have excellent online health care resources for the public, please consider translating them in to other regional languages and the UN languages on an associated online portal that can be accessed by developing country citizens. 3) All technology systems must be future prepared and resilient and hence incorporating the UN Sendai framework for disaster risk mangememt in to technology policy making is critical.
