| 10:00 - 10:30 | Group photograph and High Tea |
| 10:30 - 12:00 | Session 1: QoS and QoE frameworks in Asia and the Pacific
This session will provide national regulatory authorities from Asia and the Pacific with an opportunity to present and compare their frameworks for regulating and monitoring service quality. Speakers will highlight regulatory objectives and purpose of measurements, key QoS and QoE indicators, measurement methodologies, benchmarks, reporting and enforcement practices, and approaches to consumer information and protection. The discussion will explore how these frameworks respond to diverse national circumstances, technologies, and market conditions. |
| 12:00 - 13:30 | Lunch break |
| 13:30 - 14:30 | Session 2: Measurement methodologies and emerging trends in QoS/QoE assessment
This session will explore emerging trends and methodologies for assessing QoS and QoE in increasingly complex digital ecosystems. It will examine the impact of technologies such as 5G/6G, and AI on performance measurement and user perception. Participants will discuss new metrics, data-driven assessment techniques, and the evolving relationship between network performance and user satisfaction. The session will also highlight challenges related to end-to-end service quality, cross-domain measurement, and real-time monitoring. Through expert presentations and interactive discussions, attendees will identify priorities for future standardization, policy development, and industry collaboration.

| 14:30 - 14:45 | Tea break |
| 14:45 - 15:45 |
Session 3: QoS assessment in non-terrestrial networks (NTN)
This session will explore performance and service quality considerations for non-terrestrial networks (NTN), with a focus on satellite-based connectivity. It will examine key QoS indicators and measurement approaches for assessing service performance. Discussions will also address the integration of satellite and terrestrial networks and its implications for end-to-end service quality.
|
| 15:45 - 16:30 | Session 4: Panel discussion
This panel will bring together regional perspectives on QoS and QoE assessment, highlighting common challenges and priorities for future cooperation. Discussions will explore opportunities to harmonise measurement approaches and strengthen collaboration across Asia and the Pacific. The session will identify potential areas for joint work within the ITU-T Study Group 12 Regional Group for Asia and the Pacific (SG12RG-AP) and future standardization in ITU-T Study Group 12.
