NICKLIN Andrew

​Andrew Nicklin is a director at the Center for Government Excellence at Johns Hopkins University. He currently works with governments around the world on their data management and open data practices. Before joining GovEx, he worked in government for 20 years, most notably at leading former New York City Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg’s and New York State Governor Andrew M. Cuomo’s open government programs.

His broad technology experience covers areas such as data management, standards collaboration, information security, infrastructure operations, application lifecycle management, project management, resource planning, procurement, and more.
