| Session 3: WTSA Resolution 100: A common emergency number for Africa – Implementation status, framework, challenges and opportunities The panel will assess the status of implementation of WTSA Resolution 100 which calls for the establishment of a common emergency number for Africa, will discuss the challenges faced by countries during the implementation and the opportunities that this implementation may bring to each country.
