Agreement made on 3 August 2005, by and between the International Telecommunication Union, an intergovernmental organisation and a specialized agency of the United Nations having its Headquarters at Place des Nations, CH-1211 Geneva 20, Switzerland, and the International Organisation for Standardization, having its principal place of business at 1, rue de Varembé, Case postale 56, CH-1211 Geneva 20, Switzerland.
