EDUCATION : ITU Academy

ITU Academy is a BDT initiative intended to assist developing countries by making available ICT education, training and developm​ent opportunities at the highest possible levels of quality.​

STATISTICS : ICT EYE

The ICT-Eye website is a one stop-shop for ICT information and provides telecommunication/ICT indicators and statistics, regulatory and policy profiles, national tariff policies and scientific institutions, and much mu​ch more. ​

BROADCASTING : DTT Transition

This portal provides information on the status of the deployment of Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT), worldwide. Since 2009, ITU-D has assisted more than 40 countries with the transition from analogue to digital broadcasting, bring new opportunities to all stakeholders, from manufacturers, to broadcasters and end-users.

BROADBAND: Maps

The Broadband Maps are a cutting-edge ICT-data mapping platform taking stock of national backbone connectivity: optical fibres, microwave links, satellite earth stations, and IXPs as well as of other key metrics of the ICT sector.

COOPERATION : Projects Portfolio

ITU's project portfolio consists of projects in a wide range of areas of action such as: regulatory and market environment; development technologies and networks; ICT applications; access to ICTs through special initiatives; ca​pacity building; cybersecurity; emergency telecommunication; climate change; and statistics and indicators. ITU projects are being implemented in all six regions of the world.
