Event Registration
Registration to ITU events is carried out exclusively online
All participants are required to complete an online registration form.
An ITU User Account is required to do so. Please also note that most event registration requests must be validated by the Designated Focal Point (DFP) for ITU-R event registration of the corresponding ITU member.

Do you have an ITU user account ?
NOT SURE: Log in to your ITU user account to update your personal details, change or recover a password, request TIES access (ITU members only), etc.

Go to the ITU-R event registration web page
Fill out the registration request form. To modify your personal details, go to your ITU user account.
Upon submission of the registration request, you will receive an acknowledgement email indicating that your request is pending focal point approval

How To Approve Registration Requests (Focal Points)

Once submitted, your registration request is automatically forwarded to the corresponding Designated Focal Point for approval.
Should your request remain pending approval, please contact your focal point directly.
Without approval from their focal point, participants will not be able to participate in the event.

Upon the approval of the focal point, you will receive a confirmation of registration email
Participants will also be notified if their registration request is rejected by the DFP.
