This Recommendation specifies the requirements and functional architecture of real-scene 3D reconstruction system for power facilities and provides typical use cases. The system integrates multi-source data, such as images, videos, and LIDAR point clouds, to support high-precision 3D model reconstruction of power facilities, meeting the demands of large-scale facility management. It encompasses functional parts including multi-source data acquisition and processing, model reconstruction, model rendering and analysis, and user interaction, enhancing the digital management capabilities and efficiency of power facilities. This Recommendation is intended to guide the design and development of 3D reconstruction system for power facilities.
