Summary: With the rapid development of Smart Cities, the Smart City Platform (SCP) faces increasingly complex and cross-layer cybersecurity risks due to the integration of diverse urban services. This draft Recommendation provides a cybersecurity risk management framework for the SCP. It defines a series of cybersecurity risk factors and establishes a systematic workflow of cybersecurity risk management for the SCP. This framework enhances the resilience and security of smart city platforms, supports Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and global trustworthy smart city construction.
