Summary: The power industry is one of the cornerstones of modern human society, providing a stable and reliable energy supply for everyone. As the process of urbanization accelerates, the demand for electricity also grows. The United Nations' "Tracking SDG7: The Energy Progress Report" sets a goal to focus on ensuring that people have access to affordable, reliable, and sustainable modern energy. From environmental protection to sustainable development, an adequate and reliable power supply is an important support for economic transformation and an important guarantee for harmonious social development. The electric power work site (EPWS) is the core place for the operation and maintenance of the power system, characterized complexity in operations. This proposal is going to standardize functional capabilities of electric power work site operation services to improve operational efficiency, providing an important technical means for establishing a safe, scientific, and efficient electric power work site.
