Summary: The Cyber Security Reference Architecture is aimed at providing a unified, systemic, and granular approach for architecting and deploying digital systems, solutions, and infrastructures in a comprehensively cyber secure and resilient manner in diverse use cases and application domains leading to significant improvement in their respective security and resilience along with reducing the vulnerable surface attack areas in the digital systems, solutions and/or infrastructures. However, to be able to understand the diverse security requirements of different use cases and application domains, it is crucial to collect the relevant diverse use cases of digital systems, solutions, infrastructures, and networks to extract all the security requirements and concerns. Use cases are means to describe the requirements accurately and completely for any complex systems and functions. This Technical Report develops a common harmonized and standardized approach & Template to describe diverse use cases for their respective context, security concerns and requirements. The output of Technical Report is highly crucial in developing a comprehensive Cyber Security Reference Architectures by analyzing the collected Use Cases in appropriate context, as well as integrate Cyber Security in a structured manner in various digital systems, solutions, infrastructures & Networks Architectures.
