Summary: The potential of ICT services to reduce the GHG emissions of other sectors and to foster the transition to Net Zero has been recognised by many parties. This Recommendation covers the assessment of GHG emissions reduction in other sectors due to specific ICT services, while providing enhanced methodological guidance, to help society to identify ICT solutions enabling Net Zero. This Recommendation builds on Recommendations ITU-T L.1410, L.1451, L.1440 and L.1430.
