ITU-T G.8023 (2018) Amd. 3 (05/2025)

Recommendation ITU-T G.8023 specifies both the functional components and the methodology that should be used in order to specify the Ethernet physical layer and Flex Ethernet interfaces.
Amendment 2 contains text modifications to clauses 2, 3 and 6.3:
–to update references to align with 802.3-2022;
–to add 800G PHYs from 802.3df.
Amendment 3 adds Appendix I to clarify the meaning of "[IEEE 802.3] processes".
