Abstract :	The purpose of this contribution is to highlight the impact of the backlog in the processing of filings for satellite networks and systems, in particular with regard to the predictability of the regulatory process and the application of cost-recovery mechanisms. It also proposes measures aimed at alleviating the situation, in particular by strengthening the Space Services Department.
