There is a pain point in 5G surveillance scenarios that the uplink bandwidth is insufficient for actual ultra-definition video transmission, and usually is attenuated as packet loss and latency. It is necessary to develop 5G surveillance related functions and performance requirements standards to prompt performance improvement to solve such issue. This Recommendation will not only define the 5G camera functional and security requirements but also focus to define the video transmission performance requirements to solve the UHD video reliably transmission in 5G and introduces the classification of 5G UHD surveillance service, SLA rank of 5G UHD surveillance service, 5G network planning requirement for UHD video surveillance service which is very relevant to 5G surveillance scenarios.
