Summary:

This Recommendation aims to provide the requirements of optical fibre cables for in-home applications. Compared to requirements of optical fibre cables in traditional "indoor" applications, the requirements of cables in "in-home" applications have their own specialized characteristics. This Recommendation describes characteristics, cable construction and test methods of optical cables with minimum visibility for in-home applications.
