Summary: To meet market requirements, governments want to purchase e-health systems to raise health service efficiency, improve service quality and better people's quality of experience. But ICTs evolve rapidly, new concepts and technologies emerging every day. What kinds of e-health systems can meet what needs of e-health services? How evaluate e-health services' quality? What's the judging basis? Can e-health systems be upgraded to adapt to future technologies and compatible with other systems (e.g. smart city information system)? This proposed recommendation wants to give answers to the foresaid questions. Contents: - Classification of e-health services - Performance evaluation factors applicable for e-health systems in the IoT - Key performance frameworks
