一次群速率和一次群速率以上国际恒定比特率数字通道的通道单元的可用性参数和指标

本建议书规定了用描述一次群速率或一次群速率以上国际恒定比特率数字通道的可用性性能的网络性能参数、指标和测试方法。性能指标是针对国际通道的特定单元而规范的。通道单元按其在通道中的位置和长度来分类。用以确定所期望的端到端性能的导则在附件A中提供，且取决于实际通道的拓扑结构。此外还提供了测量方法以便能采用取样技术来评估通道单元的性能。
