Do you have an ITU user account ?

YES: Submit a registration request

NO: Create an ITU user account
NOT SURE: Log in to your ITU user account to update your personal details, change or recover a password, request TIES access (ITU members only), etc.

Go to the ITU-R event registration web page

Fill out the registration request form. To modify your personal details, go to your ITU user account.
Upon submission of the registration request, you will receive an acknowledgement email indicating that your request is pending focal point approval [show me an example].

No email received?

Check your ITU user account personal details.

Once submitted, your registration request is automatically forwarded to the corresponding focal point for approval.

Should your request remain pending approval, please contact your focal point directly.

Without approval from their focal point, participants will not be able to participate in the event, whether physically or remotely.

Upon the approval of the focal point, you will receive a confirmation of registration email [show me an example].
Participants will also be notified if their registration request is rejected by the DFP.
