Notes:

Many meeting dates and venues were not finalized at the time of the Study Group 16 meeting (denoted “TBC” / “TBD”), and they will be confirmed at a later stage. The meetings noted as "planned" were pre-approved by SG 16 and will be confirmed once sufficient number of participants and contributions is ensured.

Plenary:

No interim meetings are planned for Q20/16.
No physical meetings are planned for Q26/16. However, Q26/16 plans to organize electronic meetings to progress the work more effectively and allow easier participation of members especially those with disabilities. The details for each meeting (including topics for discussion, documentation, duration, web collaboration, dial-in information and communications support) will be circulated in advance on the Q26/16 email reflector.

Note 1: No interim meeting is being requested by Question 14/16. However, TIA TR-30.1 will meet during the interim period, to help progress the work on V.150.1 Version 2, V.151, V.152, and T.38. The subject matter experts of Q14/16 are invited to contribute to the technical discussions at these meetings. Note 2: In addition to the planned Rapporteur Group meeting above, Q12/16 plans to organize regular electronic meetings to more effectively progress work on all aspects of the Advanced Multimedia System and allow easier participation of the ITU-wide membership. The details (including topics for discussion, documentation, duration of the call, web collaboration, and dial-in information) for each of them will be circulated duly in advance to the mailing list used by the Question. More: subscription info; calendar. Note 3: Questions 13/16 will hold two series of weekly electronic meetings to more effectively progress the work on IPTV and allow easier participation of the ITU-wide membership. One will focus on audience measurement (every Thu till 17 Nov 2011), and the other on IPTV Conformance and Interoperability Testing (CIT) specifications and MAFR series related documents (every other week from 20 Apr to 11 July 2011). Contributions to each meeting should be send by Monday of that week to the Rapporteur and copy to the mailing lists (itu-sg16@lists.packetizer.com and sg9and16-iptv@lists.itu.int). Updates will be announced in these mailing lists.

Note 4: Questions 7/16, 8/16 and 10/16 are not planning to hold Rapporteur meetings before the next SG 16 meeting. Work under the various work items will progress by correspondence.
