| This training was delivered for participants from various government institutions and universities in the Dominican Republic. It provided an overview of ITU-T activities and working methods, with a special focus on the work of Study Group 20 (Internet of Things, Digital Twins and smart cities and communities) and Study Group 5 (Environment, EMF, climate action, and circular economy). The sessions aimed to strengthen national engagement in international standardization efforts and encourage the development of contributions to ITU-T Study Groups.
