Create your free ITU account, subscribe to the mailing list and participate to FG-EAI

​​​​​​​​​​​Anyone who is from a country that is a member of ITU may join with no cost the FG on Embodied Artificial Intelligence for multimedia technologies activities, but a (free) ITU user account is required to participate.​

1. To create your ITU User Account, Go to the ITU User Account Management page and click on the option to ​create one.

2. Provide your c​​ontact information and define your password.

​3. For the organization data:

- if your organization is an ITU member, select the correct category;

- if your organization is not an ITU member select:​ ​​OTHER ORGANIZATIONS (Non Member or I don't know)

Attention! The Academia bullet is only for ITU-Aca​demia-members; see list h​ere​​​​​.​ Universities that are not ITU-Academia-Members select: "Non member"

4. Fill in the rest of the information. Once complete​d, you will immediately receive a validation code sent to your e‑mail to activate your ITU user account. If you don't see it, check you spam folder. 5.  Enter the validation code in the indicated box and click on Verify code. Then, click on OK to complete the process.
    • If your organization is an ITU member, an affiliation request will be sent to the entity’s Focal Point for approval.

1. Click h​​ere to open the FG-EAI service directory.​

2. Select ​fgeai​​ mailing list and click Subscribe.​​


* Note In order to send an email to a mailing list, you must first be su​bscribed to that particular mailing list. Otherwise, your email will not be delivered.
