Prof. Ohara Graduated from School of Engineering, Tokai University and became a Professor at the same university from
1990 to 2013. In 2004 he became Research Fellow, Software Engineering Center of Information-Technology Promotion Agency, Japan; in 2009 was President of Skills Management Association and in 2010 visiting Professor of Kyushu Institute of Technology.
