GADEVADOO Roubee

Roubee Gadevadoo holds a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) from the University of Mauritius. She joined the ICT Authority (Mauritius) in 2004, where she has been working mainly in the area of telecommunications and licensing.
Roubee has been working on national regulatory projects related to Numbering, EIR Implementation, QoS, telecoms infrastructure. She has contributed to several Consultation papers and other regulatory documents that have been issued by the ICT Authority.
Roubee has been a member to national committees for ICT-related projects. She has been participating actively in Regional/International workshops and conferences (CRASA/CTO/ITU), being Rapporteur and Speaker on various occasions. She contributed a paper on Quality of Service Framework to the ITU SG12 Regional Group for Africa Region in 2009.
