His research field is concerned with the social, economic, cultural and policy issues associated with information and communication technologies as well as nudging and behavioural economics, using in both an applied computational social science perspective.
During the last decade, he has participated and led several projects on impact evaluation, impact assessment and evaluation for the European Commission in several fields informing evidence based policy making.
He is Associate Professor at Information and Communication Science at Open University of Catalonia and co-founder of Open Evidence a spin off of this university.
