Eliseo is Telecommunication Engineer by Madrid Polytechnic University and MBA by San Francisco University.
He joined Telefonica in 1977 and retired from Telefonica on 2007. He took several positions in Telefonica such as SMEs Marketing Director, Telefonica R&D CEO, Terra-Mobile CEO and Telefonica Solutions CEO.
In year 2007 he moved to China as co-CEO of the National Broadband Lab, company majority owned by China Netcom, later China Unicom.
Year 2011 he joinedHuawei as Senior Business Consultant in Shenzhen (China) and now he works as Marketing and Solutions Director for Telefonica Key Account in Huawei Spain.
