Associate Rapportuer of ITU-T Study group 5 (working party 3/5 Qn 13/5) and also Associate Rapportuer on working group on E-Waste Management in East African Communication Organization (EACO).
Currently in charge of E-Waste management in Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA).
