Mr. Ouseph Padickakudi is a Senior Programme Manager of the Trade Capacity Building Branch of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization based in Vienna . Over the last 10 years, he manages several large-scale national quality infrastructure development projects in Asia, Africa and Central European regions and develops innovative tools and publications as part of global forum functions. He has also several years work experience in telecommunications, technology transfer, investment promotion and information technology applications at international, national and private sector levels. Mr. Padickakudi won 3 Excellence awards of UNIDO for innovative approaches and team building. Mr. Padickakudi possesses a Master of Business Administration degree along with electrical and telecommunication diplomas.
