Louise Aubet 
Head of Innovation, Resilio

Louise Aubet is an engineer with a Master's degree in Computational Sciences from EPFL who serves as Head of Research and Development at Resilio, a Swiss impact startup helping organizations reduce the environmental footprint of digital technology. She leads the development of ResilioDatabase, an innovative tool for assessing the environmental impacts of IT hardware using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology. Louise co-authored Switzerland's first national study on the environmental impact of digital technology and has collaborated with ADEME to develop evaluation methods for the environmental footprint of information systems. Beyond her technical work, she is an active climate advocate, facilitating Climate Fresk and Digital Collage workshops to help organizations and individuals understand and reduce their digital environmental impact​

Jean Manuel C​anet
Senior Manager, Climate and Biodiversity, Orange

Jean Manuel CANET is a Senior Manager in charge of Climate and Biodiversity in the CSR Department of Orange Group. He has developed an expertise in the assessment of the environmental impact of ICT goods, services and organizations. He earlier led numerous projects to assess and reduce GHG emissions related to IT, for customers such as the European Parliament, France Télévisions or Zurich Financial Services. He serves as Vice-Chair of the ITU-T SG5 Working Party 3 on “Climate change, adaptation, mitigation and net-zero emissions” and Rapporteur of the “Assessing the impact of telecommunications/ICTs on climate change, biodiversity and the environment - including the influence on other sectors” question He served as a member of the Advisory Panel of the UNFCCC “Momentum for Change” initiative. Jean-Manuel graduated from Télécom ParisTech and the MBA Programme of the “Collège des Ingénieurs”. He holds a certificate in carbon accountancy from the French National Agency for Energy and Environment and a certificate in carbon finance from Carbone 4 Academy.​

Rosendo Manas
Co-founder, Resilio

Rosendo is a co-founder of Resilio, a spin-off from EPFL dedicated to developing tools that help assess and reduce the environmental impact of digital technologies. Resilio is building the largest environmental database for the ICT sector—db.resilio.tech—and creating a suite of Life Cycle Assessment software solutions. Since January 2025, the company has also been developing tools and datasets to assess the environmental emissions of large language models (LLMs) and other AI systems, aiming to provide transparent insights into the environmental footprint of artificial intelligence.​
Guillaume Michalag 
Head, Security and Integrations, Exoscale​

Guillaume Michalag is the Chief Information Security Officer at Exoscale, where he directs the organisation’s information security strategy and broader compliance activities. His role extends to environmental accountability in cloud services, and he has been instrumental in establishing Exoscale’s methodology for assessing the lifecycle environmental footprint of its infrastructure. He led the development of Exoscale’s environmental impact calculator, built in alignment with the ADEME Product Category Rules for the digital sector, and contributes actively to advancing digital sustainability practices across the company.​


Mauro Moruzzi
Member, Neuchâtel Cantonal Parliament 

Mauro Moruzzi, born 1964, is a Member of the Neuchâtel Cantonal Parliament (2013-2020, re-elected in 2025) and of the Cantonal Board of the Fédération Suisse des Entreprises. He is a former Swiss Ambassador, responsible for International Cooperation in the field of Education, Research and Innovation (2013-2020), as well as former President and Member of the Municipal Council (executive body) of the City of Neuchâtel (2021-24), in charge of Sustainable Development, Infrastructures, Environment Energy and Mobility.​

Seizo Onoe 
Director, Telecommunication Standardization Bureau, ITU 

Seizo Onoe took office as Director of the Telecommunication Standardization Bureau (TSB) at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) on 1 January 2023.Before his election as TSB Director by ITU Member States, he completed an over 30-year career with Japanese mobile operator NTT DOCOMO. In 2021, he became Executive Vice President and Chief Standardization Strategy Officer for the Nippon Telegraph and Telephone (NTT) Corporation and a Fellow of NTT DOCOMO, INC. From 2017, he served as NTT DOCOMO’s Chief Technology Architect and President of its subsidiary DOCOMO Technology.Between 2012 and 2017, he served as NTT DOCOMO’s Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President, a Member of the Board of Directors, and Managing Director of R&D Innovation Division. Earlier, he served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of NTT DOCOMO’s R&D Strategy Department and Managing Director of the company’s Radio Network Development Department. As TSB Director, he heads the part of ITU responsible for the coordination of technical standards and collaborative standardization processes that enable the interconnection and interoperability of information and communication technologies (ICTs) worldwide. Mr Onoe is committed to facilitating open and inclusive standardization processes, along with promoting digital technologies to address global issues, building a new ecosystem that reflects evolving technologies, and strengthening cooperation and collaboration in ICT standardization worldwide.Known in the industry as “the father of LTE” (Long-Term Evolution), he helped upgrade the wireless broadband standard for mobile devices and networks. He now aims for global outreach to bridge standardization gaps, deliver the benefits of technology widely and speedily, and ensure meaningful and affordable broadband access for everyone. Mr Onoe holds a Master’s degree in electronics from the Kyoto University Graduate School of Engineering. Mr Onoe is married and has two children.

Shuguang Qi
Chair, WP3/5

She graduated from Beijing university of posts and telecommunications in 2007 and holds a master’s degree in computer science. She has been working in the field of green and low carbon  ICT for more than 10 year. Currently she is the Vice Deputy Engineer of China Telecommunication Technology Labs (systems) in China Academy of Information and Communication Technology (CAICT). Her focuses include fundamental Research, prospective study and standardization work in digital sustainable development and net zero. She is also Vice Chair of ITU-T Study Group 5, Chair of WP3 on climate action and Chair of the Asia Pacific Regional Group in ITU-T SG5; and lead of WG2 (Large scale renewable energy deployment and digitalization) and lead of Aisa Pacific Regional group in the Council of Engineers for the Energy Transition (CEET) under the auspices of the United Nations Secretary-General. She is also very active in IEC TC22 and IEC SyC LVDC. She is Chair of Working Group 1 / Technical Committee 4(Power and environment for ICT) in China Communication Standardization Association (CCSA). She developed around 20 Recommendations as main contributor in ITU such as ITU-T L.1210, ITU-T L.1380 series Recommendation on smart energy. Moreover, she is also very active in Chinese domestic standardization activities and developed more than 20 Chinese standards including National standards, industrial standard and regional standards. She has got first prize scientific rewards from China Institute of Communications and first prize scientific reward from CCSA. She was also awarded funding for participation in international activities as a young scientist. ​

Dominique WÜRGES
Chair, ITU-T Study Group 5 I Director of Institutional Relations for Standardisation, Orange 

Dominique Würges is Chairman of ITU-T Study Group 5 (Environment, climate action, circular economy and electromagnetic fields) and Director of Institutional Relations for Standardisation within Orange. He has responsibility for relationships with international organizations involved in standardization activities. He is active in many issues addressed by SDOs and foras, such as ICTs and environment, relations between carriers, or evolution of the broadcasting standardisation and system. Within European Commission, he is Member of the European High-Level Forum for Standardisation (HLF), and the ICT Standardisation policy multi-stakeholder platform for ICTs standardization. He is also member of the Strategic Committee of the French National Standardisation Organisation (AFNOR CCPN). He has previously been responsible for France Telecom’s External Relations and multilateral affairs, in charge of international negotiations for telecommunications, spectrum /radiocommunications issues, and before was Head of the Data and Directories Department of France Telecom.

Ying Shi
Director, Green & Low-Carbon Tech. R&D Department, China Telecom Research 

Ying Shi, director of Green & Low-Carbon Tech. R&D Department of China Telecom Research Institute. She has long conducted research on ICT green development strategies, energy efficiency of communication equipment and infrastructure, as well as the R&D of high-efficiency energy-saving technologies for communication systems. Active in standardization work for sustainable development in communications, she currently serves as Vice-Chair of ITU-T SG5 WP2 Environmental efficiency, e-waste, circularity and sustainable ICT networks, Chair of WBBA WG3 Environmental Sustainability, Vice-Chair of CCSA Special Task Group 2 Energy saving and comprehensive utilization of communication equipment. She also leads a team to help China Telecom to develop a climate action roadmap, in order to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in the near future.
